Notre Équipe – EN

The CAB prides itself as a community built by invested parent volunteers, a growing staff of devoted professional educators, a parent board of directors and a dynamic onsite leadership team. Our model of governance brings together engagement and expertise.

We actively involve our parents in our non-profit association as board of director members, advisory board members, administrative commission, and PTA members. The board governs the financial and major decisions of our non-profit association.

Leadership Team

Our model of governance embraces engagement and expertise through dynamic parent board member involvement. As importantly is our objective to grow a strong onsite team of educators. In effort to strengthen and professionalize our mission and vision, the board recruited a Head of School in 2018.

The Head of School oversees school operations, manages the 30 staff-member team, supervises the learning program, leads communication and development, and assures budget stability with the board. Together we shall work to develop a strategic plan shaped and adopted by all stakeholders.

Director Guilhem LIBES

At Centre Actif Bilingue, we are deeply committed to providing every child with a learning environment that is both demanding, caring, and truly vibrant. Our school is a place where children learn with joy, grow at their own pace, and experience openness to others, to languages, and to the world as part of everyday life. This vision is fully in line with the identity of CAB, a human-scale bilingual school rooted in active pedagogy, multiculturalism, and a strong connection to nature.

My experience as a teacher, both in France and internationally, has enabled me to support students from a wide range of backgrounds and to develop a teaching approach that is attentive to each child’s needs. Holding a Master’s degree in MEEF and the CRPE qualification, I have been teaching for more than ten years, with the conviction that every child can progress confidently when they are nurtured in a structured, stimulating, and respectful environment that values their individuality.

What particularly resonates with me at CAB is the consistency between its educational vision and the everyday reality of school life: small class sizes, close attention given to each student, a strong emphasis on languages, culture, and cooperation, as well as the importance of nature as a space for learning and personal growth. I am also deeply committed to the quality of the relationship between the teaching staff, the children, and their families, because a school truly flourishes when everyone feels they belong.

As a Headteacher, I would like to help bring this vision to life and strengthen it with high standards, attentive listening, and enthusiasm. My ambition is to continue developing a school where children learn to think, express themselves, cooperate, and grow in confidence, within a calm, warm, and outward-looking environment.

I would be delighted to support, together with the whole team, the students and their families in this wonderful educational journey.
